About Nurg\u00fcl \u00c7omak<\/h3>LUTHIER<\/h6><\/div>Her interest in music, along with her love for and dedication to the violin, led her from an early age into the enchanting world of sound. After receiving her diploma from the MGSM Music Department, her desire to continue her academic education led her to the Music Technologies \u2013 Stringed Instrument Making Program at Istanbul Technical University.<\/p>\nAfter graduating with honors from both institutions, she participated in fairs held in countries such as Italy and Germany, where she gained professional experience through close interaction with distinguished luthiers.<\/p>\n
Holding the distinction of being the first female violin maker in T\u00fcrkiye to practice the craft at a professional level, Nurgul Comak exhibited her instruments at the International Music Festival held in 2020 at the Cemal Re\u015fit Rey Concert Hall in Istanbul.<\/p>\n
Since 1999, she has continued her work in the field of violin, viola, and cello making, distinguished by her artistic identity, uncompromising craftsmanship, and disciplined professional approach.
